Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management from origination to post-disbursement services.
Underwrite & evaluate real estate and non-real estate investment opportunities
Build financial models to help the Investment team assess deals and risks
Do market research - industry comparables, demand factors, macro & micro analysis.
Screen Legal & Technical documents and follow up with sales to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare IC presentations, notes, deviation notes & financial models using Excel, PPT, Word.
Manage MIS & reporting - ensure timely, accurate data and vendor report quality.
Guide customers on loans - ROI, fees, T&C, status + coordinate pre/post disbursement docs.
Liaise with sales, credit, ops, lenders & borrowers for smooth and timely case closure
Handle post-disbursement follow-up - MIS vs plan, NOC monitoring, KYC, and quarterly reports with clients, architects & CA.

Role Proficiencies:

Degree in Finance, CA Intermediate Candidates acceptable
Experience: 1 year1 in a company providing Financial Service Or 1 years working with a real estate developer and handling all loans Or 1 year working with a Start Up Founder
Based in Mumbai, ideally in the western suburbs.
