- To help manage menstrual hygiene and to promote health and well-being of women employees, we provide upto 2 days wfh for women in Head Office and Regional offices and one day leave for branch employees.
Maternity Transition Policy:
- This policy provides flexibility to new mothers post maternity break so that they can return to work post maternity leave. This is also to support new mothers in balancing careers as well as the requirements of motherhood. Choices of work option for three months post maternity break - Hybrid, Working from nearest branch or Part Pay - part work.
