Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

Women professionals with a career break of 1 year

Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on work experience prior to the career gap

Passion to rejoin the workforce and upskill where required

Required Skills (Role-Based)

Security Testing

• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
• DAST - Mandatory
• OWASP Top 10, Web & API Security
• Security tools (Burp Suite, Nessus, etc.)

Performance Testing

• Load, Stress & Scalability Testing

• Tools like JMeter / LoadRunner

• Performance analysis & reporting

Accessibility Testing

WCAG 2.1 guidelines

Assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA)

Accessibility audits & compliance testing
