We believe talent doesn’t disappear — it evolves. Our Women Career Comeback Program is designed exclusively for women who have taken a career break of 12 months or more and are now ready to return to the workforce with confidence.

Whether you stepped away for caregiving, personal growth, or a much-needed reset, your experience still matters. If you have 3+ years of prior technical expertise, this is your opportunity to step back in, supported and celebrated.

Who Can Apply?

• This program is perfect for you if:
  • You are a woman currently on a career break (minimum 12 months, not employed at present)
  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in any technical domain (before your break)
  • You’re excited to upskill, relearn, and re-engage with real projects and modern tech
  • You’re looking for a supportive path back into the industry

What We’re Looking For

Skill & Location Matrix – Women Career Comeback Program

All roles are part of our Returnship Program for women currently on a career break (1+ years), with at least 3 years of past technical experience.
