Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative, event-ready designs for digital and print media, including social assets, stage backdrops, wayfinding signage, and event collaterals
Prepare print-ready files for large-scale production, ensuring color accuracy, bleed settings, and resolution meet vendor specifications
Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, and schedule multiple simultaneous projects based on workload
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities

Role Proficiencies:

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
2+ years work experience
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
