Regional Sales Manager Construction Chemicals

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and market expansion across Western & South India • Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and industrial segments • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, distributors, retailers, and channel partners • Develop a strong on-ground network to generate consistent business opportunities
  • Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and market intelligence • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities effectively
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → product presentations → negotiations → closure • Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into business
  • dentify and pursue opportunities in government projects and large infrastructure developments • Understand tender processes and participate where relevant
  • Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and channel partners • Ensure strong market coverage, visibility, and product placement across the region
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, accounts) for smooth execution • Maintain regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and closures
Role Proficiencies:
  • Proven experience in construction chemicals / protective coatings / adhesives industry. Ex employee with Astral / Gyproc.
  • Strong exposure to B2B and project-based sales
  • Experience working closely with distributors, retailers, and channel partners
  • Established network among contractors, consultants, and builders
  • Ability to independently drive business and close deals
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across regions
