Role Proficiencies:
  • 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales/business development
  • 2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • 4. Strong network in Nalasopara West and surrounding areas
  • 5. Knowledge of local real estate market, laws, and regulations
  • 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • 7. Fluency in local languages (Marathi, Gujarati)
