1. Identify and develop new business opportunities

Role Proficiencies:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales/business development
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Strong network in Nalasopara West and surrounding areas
5. Knowledge of local real estate market, laws, and regulations
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Fluency in local languages (Marathi, Gujarati)
