Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align affiliations strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration of affiliate programs.
Lead the onboarding process for new affiliates, providing necessary training and support to ensure successful partnership implementation.
Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate programs, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth, and providing regular reports to management.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing affiliates, acting as a primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt affiliations strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Role Proficiencies:
Post Graduate degree in Business Management or MBA
8-10 years+ work-experience in merchant alliances & sales.
Deep domain understanding of rewards, gifting & partnership industry.
Good amount of knowledge about market, broad and deep external relationship with the merchants, understand their challenges and customer requirements.
