Key Responsibilities:

Endpoint Management â€” Windows (Intune & Autopilot) ï‚· Manage the full lifecycle of Windows endpoints via Microsoft Intune â€” covering zero-touch Autopilot provisioning, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment for on-premises and remote users. ï‚· Enforce device compliance and Conditional Access policies through Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring secure, consistent access across all regions and user locations.
Mac Endpoint Management â€” JAMF Pro ï‚· Administer the Mac fleet via JAMF Pro, including Apple Business Manager (ABM) enrolment, configuration profiles, software deployment, and self-service catalogue management. ï‚· Build and maintain automation workflows in JAMF to streamline device provisioning, patch enforcement, and compliance monitoring across office and remote users
SharePoint Online Operations & Governance ï‚· Manage day-to-day SharePoint Online operations â€” site creation, permissions, content governance, and end-user support â€” ensuring alignment with organizational data classification and retention policies. ï‚· Drive self-service adoption by building a centralized IT portal on SharePoint and automating routine M365 tasks via Power Automate.
Device42 â€” Enterprise Asset Management Rollout & Operations ï‚· Lead the rollout of Device42 as the enterprise ITAM solution, onboarding all asset categories â€” end-user devices, accessories, data center hardware, and network equipment. ï‚· Maintain ongoing integration between Device42, Intune, and JAMF to ensure automated, accurate inventory and support device lifecycle planning
Endpoint & Server Patching ï‚· Define and execute patching schedules for all managed endpoints and servers, coordinating maintenance windows to minimize business disruption. ï‚· Monitor and report patch compliance monthly, ensuring critical vulnerabilities are remediated within agreed SLA timelines.
Team Leadership & People Management ï‚· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 engineers through regular 1:1s, performance check-ins, and structured development planning including certification support. ï‚· Manage team workloads and priorities against service SLAs, acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex end-user and infrastructure issues
End-User Experience, Onboarding & Offboarding ï‚· Deliver a consistent, high-quality technology experience for on-premises and remote users globally, owning device provisioning for new starters and secure de-provisioning for leavers. ï‚· Track and report EUC service metrics â€” CSAT, resolution time, and device health â€” driving continuous improvement in service quality and self-service adoption. ï‚· Coordinate with HR, Facilities or other Teams and support Org events on-prem and remote loca
