Understand the industry trends and keep an eye on competition strategy w.r.t to sourcing, technology and innovations
Work on initiatives to improve DII, Investment, Insurance penetration and qualified client growth
Ensuring Cross sell of all Products like Suvidha salary label codes, Cards, Investments and MortgageEnsure lowest TAT & FTR for the location and Ensure compliance and integrity of the sales process with respect to right selling, sourcing and documentation
Review people performance in a structured / periodical manner and outline a process to review feedback
Ensure adherence to operational risk controls and accuracy of procedures in day-to-day sales management
Identify business risks and engage with all stakeholders to correct them and take preventive/corrective action as appropriate
Handling HNI & UHNI Clients
Role Proficiencies:
Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized institution
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
Ability to manage complex client situations
