Key Responsibilities:

Manage and undertake the collections process for assigned debts.
ï‚· Regularly track the portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area.
ï‚· Follow up regularly with default customers. ï‚· Ensure adherence to collection processes and legal guidelines.
ï‚· Monitor and control delinquency of the area, bucket-wise and DPD-wise, with a focus on non-starters. ï‚· Allocate and achieve targets from agencies and in-house teams.
ï‚· Trace absconded default customers and initiate recovery processes. ï‚· Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases and follow up with the legal team for case closures.
ï‚· Maintain administrative data related to collections, including delinquent account history, MIS reports, and daily, weekly, and monthly collection feedback.

Role Proficiencies:

Strong understanding of collections processes and legal guidelines.
ï‚· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
ï‚· Capability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and legal teams.
ï‚· Proficiency in maintaining MIS and administrative data.
ï‚· Ability to manage and monitor delinquency portfolios effectively. ï‚· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
