Experience:  6 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze Technical &business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
• Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders

Role Proficiencies:

• Experience in implementation and support of industry leading Treasury, Market data system(s).  In particular, knowledge/experience in Treasury Trading Floor, Treasury Trading application, Treasury Infra is must.
• Knowledge in Treasury domain, in specific to trading application, Treasury market data provider, Treasury Infraetc. is required.
• Good PL/SQl, UNIX system command and shell scripting, Scripting for EOD jobs, Knowledge of Networking and Firewall is required.
• Agile software development knowledge
• Inter-personal skills coupled with business intelligence to facilitate automation of customer requirements.
