Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing programs that align with the company and unit's goals and objectives
  • Designing a blended learning approach via classroom, self-paced and web-based delivery mediums
  • Owning and Maintaining the knowledge portal with regular updates
  • Integrating adult learning theory and creativity into all content design elements for the creation of an interactive and effective learning experience
  • Creating effectiveness measurement strategy for all learning solutions to maximize the return on expectations and business impact
  • Building an assessment framework to ensure that the right employees are hired
  • Ensuring that the new hire training is effective i.e. new joiners are able to meet performance targets and throughput is maximized
  • Ensuring completion of various training programs by partner teams through timely and accurate reports as well as governance, ensuring through put is monitored and maintained for all batches
  • Conducting regular review meetings with partners for adherence to the training guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring that the Training team effectively designs, launches and tracks trainings and assessments on process / product / system changes as well as common errors
  • Collaborating with various teams like Service Partners, Operations & Technology, Workforce Management, Sales, and others for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of learning interventions
  • Ensuring the service partners are maintaining a pool of multi-skilled workforce ready for deployment through cross-trainings on products and channels,
  • Ensuring reiteration of critical processes, changes, etc. on an ongoing basis with the service partners
  • Ensuring that data is shared by the Training team with the MIS team regularly for training-related scorecards and dashboards to be published
  • Staying up to date with the best practices and latest trends in the learning and development space
