Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering â€“ Act as the primary contact for local stakeholders and a key member of local leadership teams, delivering end-to-end procurement services. Proactively understand and influence local demand to drive spend efficiency and category effectiveness, channeling requirements to JM Procurement or JMGS teams. Own and deliver local savings plans, supporting above-market strategies and initiatives. Represent local needs to category management teams and support global solutions locall
Operations â€“ Procurement Provide strategic operational procurement support for end-to-end services across the assigned business unit or geography. Resolve supplier and stakeholder issues, quality complaints, and escalations beyond Business-as-Usual processes, engaging global teams where required. Proactively contribute with best practices mapping and collaborate around continuous improvement opportunities with other Procurement team members, across geographies, categories, and businesses ï‚· Drive and own implementation of continuous improvement procurement initiatives at site level to identified risks and challenges

Role Proficiencies:

Proven experience in managing procurement processes focused on sourcing, supplier management and stakeholdersâ€™ engagement
Knowledge of procurement best practices delivering optimal service and performance of procurement function to the local / regional business
Experience from working in a similar industry with a global complexity and with global operating models in place
Proven skills in managing projects, influencing budget holders and leading collaboration toward optimal supplier eco-system delivering on savings, innovation and wider business value
proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of P2P systems, ERP systems, procurement processes,and wprkflow technology
