Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and offer closure.
Handling monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, leave records, and deductions.
Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and full and final settlements.
Ensuring compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS.
Maintaining employee records, payroll data, and employment-related documentation.
Addressing employee queries related to payroll, attendance, recruitment, and HR policies.
Coordinating with Finance, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

Role Proficiencies:

Experience: 3â€“4 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, and payroll management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payroll processing, recruitment practices, and statutory compliance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheets.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
