Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute migration waves, including building and running mailbox migration batches.
Migrate OneDrive and SharePoint content
Recreate Microsoft Teams and groups in the target environment
Reapply permissions and ensure data integrity post-migration.
Troubleshoot migration failures and resolve technical issues independently.
Prepare validation reports for customer review and sign-off.
Work in alignment with the FHLB Architect's design while taking complete ownership of day-to-day migration execution.
