Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of and drive application support, design and implementation, including;
Ability to develop strong understanding of varied business processes across a diverse organizational structure in Sales, Service Management, Pricing, Fulfillment, Global Trade, Billing as well as Reporting
Ability to think out of the box when dealing with production issues as well as new requirements and anticipate future issues outside of the immediate needs expressed by business requestor
Work closely withfunctional lead to manage various project as needed
Draft complete functional specifications based on business requirements related to new and existing business processes or in support of production support matters
Hands on configuration expertise that relies on coreSAPfunctionality and only leverages custom code when no other option is available
Solid understanding of integration touch points with otherSAPmodules
Participate in meetings with business users at all levels of the global organization (from senior management to transactional users) to understand, guide and propose effectivesystem solutions as part of requirement gathering while striving to work within best practices guidelines
