Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Oracle system related Developments lifecycle from requirements-gathering through to implementation of Oracle-related solution. Provide support to existing issues.
• Assist business on month end and year end closing issues.
• Provide functional support to users, following standard business processes and procedures.
• Interact and manage support partners where appropriate.
• Provide business analysis expertise working as a subject matter expert for all things financial, working between the business and development teams to propose new solutions.
• Lead the delivery of key Financials E-Business Solutions to the benefit of the business within a challenging yet rewarding environment.
• Be a key lead in helping the business exploit Oracle functionality and related technologies.
• Proactively identify problems and take action to address any root causes to minimize disruption.
• Create documentation (e.g. solution design, manuals, minutes and project reporting).
• Support decommissioning of End of Life / Service applications,Automate manual tasks
• Expertise in solving report reconciliation issues highlighted by business users
• Participate in Audits and resolve any vulnerability identified during Audits for IT and Security.

Role Proficiencies:

• Should be able to handle escalations of urgent issues
• Should have smooth communication skills to handle the pain areas highlighted by business user managers
• Should be able to direct the team members when new project arrives
• Should be able to jot down a plan when there is a burning issue which needs urgent resolution
• Business analyst experience with full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations.
• Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications, data conversion,requirement gathering.
• Solution design, Execute SIT, UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users
• Excellent domain knowledge and experience in Finance & Banking Industry
• Functional design, Data migration, Field mapping, Integration touch points and Oracle APIs knowledge,table & Columns structure with sql/plsql knowledge
• Some experience with Oracle tools (SQL Plus, Toad or SQL Developer, Workflow).
• Analytical thinking and excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
• Should have good communication skills to interact and collaborate with client
• Independent and Confident, Should be able to perform the require analysis independently and provide solutions.
