Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product manager to help generate product and feature possibilities
  • based on user needs and business requirements
  • Create design artifacts at different stages of the product development cycle, such as user experience flows, wireframes, sketches, and interactive prototypes, and eventually create high-resolution mockups and design assets.
  • Work closely with developers on the final feature or product, right from the conceptualization stage to release
  • Always be an advocate for the end-user, pushing for and thinking about meaningful user experience possible

 

Role Proficiencies:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing/leading design teams
  • Prior experience in designing a web and mobile-based product
  • Portfolio or work samples showcasing UX work, and best practices for user-centered interface and interaction design
  • Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences within the organization
  • A keen sense of design - both interaction design and visual design Knowledge of wireframe tools
  • Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock-ups
  • Team spirit & strong communication skills to collaborate with a team
  • Experience working with researchers to derive insights and make strategic decisions informed by data
