Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and integration of insurance products like Life, Health, motor insurance etc. on bank’s mobile and internet platforms
• Take product ownership of certain product features and user flows on web/mobile-app for continual evolvement of existing insurance products
• Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering managers and coordinate between internal stakeholders & third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects
• Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term growth targets
• Work closely with business and UI/UX teams to understand every business requirement pertaining to varied insurance products and get it translated into meaningful user flows and wireframes
• Provide analytics-based insights to help iterate on products to make it more customer centric and seamless digital experience
• Benchmark with other aggregator models and banks to have an ear-to-the-ground on competition and international trends and be able to suggest progressive enhancements
• Explore new third party products and services that bank can leverage for its journeys
• Act as a key authority for insurance projects and partner with sales, strategy, marketing, engineering, and design teams to bring the product vision to life
• Manage overall product lifecycle of insurance products from ideation to design, development, user acceptance testing, vulnerability assessment, production, and marketing campaigns etc.

Role Proficiencies:

• Strong project Management abilities & appreciation of User Experience, User Centric designs
• Experience in managing mobile and internet products in financial industry with preferred business acumen in insurance domain
• Analytical skills to evaluate various product innovations & user adoptions
• High level of interest and passion for consumer internet world will be an added advantage
