Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence Strategy & Delivery ï‚· Partner with Regional Operations Directors to identify operational priorities, improvement opportunities, and capability gaps across the region ï‚· Translate business objectives into a structured Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with regional and global strategy ï‚· Lead the delivery of high-impact OpEx initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, safety, quality, and cost performance ï‚· Apply continuous improvement methodologies an
Operational Maturity & Capability Development ï‚· Assess operational maturity across sites, teams and functions and identify opportunities to strengthen operational capabilities ï‚· Establish and promote best practices, standard processes, and scalable operating models ï‚· Achieve operational maturity at sites within agreed timeframes ï‚· Build continuous improvement capability within operational teams through knowledge sharing, SMEs, and training ï‚· Develop and optimise tools, frameworks,
Cross-Functional Collaboration ï‚· Partner with functions such as EHS, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Technology, HR, and Commercial teams to enable operational improvements ï‚· Align resources and capabilities to support the successful delivery of operational priorities ï‚· Act as a connector between regional operations, functions, sites or transformation programs where applicable
Portfolio & Governance ï‚· Facilitate the delivery of the regional portfolio of OpEx initiatives, ensuring clear prioritisation, tracking, and reporting. ï‚· Establish governance and performance management processes to track progress and outcomes. ï‚· Provide visibility to leadership on prioritised improvement initiatives, risks, and results
Leadership & Team Management ï‚· Lead and development a team of Operational Excellence Specialists above sites and indirectly at sites. ï‚· Provide direction, coaching, and support to ensure successful project delivery and professional development ï‚· Build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team and broader operations organisation

Role Proficiencies:

Black Belt Lean Six Sigma with extensive experience in leading transformational financial delivery
Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Operations Transformation roles
Strong track record of delivering measurable operational improvements in complex organisations
Experience working closely with senior operations leaders and influencing across multiple teams or locations
Experience working closely with senior operations leaders and influencing across multiple teams or locations
Experience leading or mentoring improvement teams or project specialists
