Online Coding Tutor (Work from home)

A young educational-technology startup is looking to onboard Coding tutors, who can be part of their growing Teacher Community focused on educating and teaching application development for students from Kindergarten to 8th standard who are enrolled with you.

Job description:

Love Working with Kids? You've found your dream job,
Teach students from elementary and middle school-aged 6-14 coding (logic, sequence, structure) to generate creative outcomes like websites, animations and apps. Instruct students on facets of Game Development, Block-based coding (mandatory), Python, Javascript , C, C++ and other relevant technologies. Teach how to write computer programs, algorithms and programming languages. Keep records of grades, and assessments and track the overall performance of students. Present lessons in a comprehensive manner using our online platform and visual/audio means to facilitate e-learning.

Assign pre-made educational activities (worksheets, tests, assignments, etc.) and assess/ record students' progress and provide feedback.

Minimum Experience: 0-1 year

Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA, M.Sc. (Tech.), M.Tech./M.E., MBA, MCA

Location: Work from Home (Pan India)

Timings: Flexible. An investment of a minimum of 4 hours per day is a must.

Salary: Earn more than Rs 40,000 per month (The final CTC will depend upon the candidate's performan

Pre-Requisites:

• 1) Ability to engage the kids from kindergarten to 8th grade
• 2) High-Speed Internet (minimum 15 mbps), Modern Laptop/PC with Microphone and Camera
• 3) Excellent communication and presentation skills
• 4) Should be able to commit at least 10-12 months once certified as Teacher Partner

Selection Process:

• 1) The selection process consists of a self introductory video to be shared with the company, language test & coding tests.
• 2) Once the candidate clears all the tests and gets shortlisted.
• 3) Then the candidate enters the training stage provided by the company which prepares them for the final demo.
• 4) Once the candidate clears the final demo they receive their International Teacher Certificate and thus are good to go live on the Company's Platform.

Certification:

The fee charged by the company to receive a Teacher Partner Certification is Rs.3980 which you only need to pay post you clear the Selection Process and once you are ready to teach.(training and certification process needs to be completed within 20days).
