Sales and Marketing Executive – Corporate Relations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and build a prospect database of corporates who could be potential recruiters for students, or partners for customized employee training batches.
  • Map organizational structures within target companies to identify and connect with decision-makers (HR heads, L&D managers, IT managers, etc.).
  • Reach out through emails, calls, networking, and digital campaigns to pitch training courses, certification programs, and placement services.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeted at corporates, including events, webinars, digital content, and presentations.
  • Conduct meetings and site visits with prospects to develop partnerships, and collaborate with the Placement Officer to drive placement opportunities for trainees.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships as the central point of contact between corporates and various entities inside the training centre (trainers, placement cell, admin, etc.).
  • Collect and document client feedback and requirements; coordinate internal solution- building and ensure a high standard of responsiveness for client needs.
  • Track, report, and analyse campaign outcomes and partnership effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and outcomes using CRM or management software.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in the education, training, consulting, or IT services sector.
  • Understanding of IT industry dynamics, talent acquisition, and training requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation, client networking, and corporate relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and partnership development.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
