Receptionist cum Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist all visitors and learners arriving at the centre, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, direct inquiries to appropriate faculty or staff, and handle daily correspondence. Guide prospective learners/candidates to the right personnel.
  • Collect fees from learners, generate payment receipts, and maintain accurate financial records as per organizational policy.
  • Provide administrative support, as required, in the activities of management of centre schedules, batch assignments, admission records, and file maintenance both physical and digital.
  • Support attendance management through the center’s software application and generate attendance reports as required.
  • Coordinate basic hiring activities: schedule interviews, arrange candidate meetings.
  • Facilitate communication among learners, trainers, and support staff; channel queries to appropriate resources.
  • As required, prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation using Word, Excel, and other office applications.
  • Maintain the reception area, monitor supplies/stationery, and handle logistics for meetings or centre events.
  • Support the Centre Manager/Operations Head with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline; diploma/certificate in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk/reception or administrative support role, ideally in an educational or training environment.
  • Competency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using web- based enterprise applications.
  • Strong communication English skills (written and verbal), courteous attitude, and ability to multitask in a busy learning environment. Good verbal communication skill in Marathi and Hindi.
  • High degree of integrity, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset.
