Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation: Design and implement secure and scalable wireless networks using Cisco access points and related technologies.
Network Security: Implement and maintain robust wireless security measures, including WPA2/3, EAP, RADIUS, and other authentication and encryption protocols.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for wireless network issues, including performance problems, connectivity issues, and security incidents. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to vendors when necessary.
Manage network infra consist of Cisco Catalyst & Juniper (EX Series) switching platforms.
Network Optimization: Monitor and analyze wireless network performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance network efficiency, reliability, and user experience.

Role Proficiencies:

Cisco Wireless Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco wireless infrastructure, including Cisco Catalyst access points, wireless LAN controllers (WLCs), and related management tools.
Wireless Security: Deep understanding of wireless security protocols and best practices, including WPA2/3, EAP, RADIUS, 802.1X authentication, and wireless intrusion prevention systems (WIPS).
Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs and routing protocols such as OSPF,EIGRP and switching protocols including STP, LACP, HSRP, VRRP.
Working Knowledge of router, switches & firewalls.
