Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day to day F&B operations, ensuring smooth service, adherence to brand standards, and exceptional guest experience.
  • Handle guest orders efficiently, record accurate details, and input orders into the system with correct billing.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen for item availability, order preparation, special requests, and timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper setup of IRD/F&B areas, including cleanliness, equipment readiness, linen, condiments, and amenities.
  • Manage packed food orders, minibar postings, and shift documentation (KOTs, NC KOTs, complimentary, upselling records).
  • Supervise and support the team in order taking, service execution, table setups, billing accuracy, and guest request handling
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations for events, banquets, and restaurant service.
Role Proficiencies:
  • F & B Executive- Work Experience: 2-3 years, Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or any graduate program
  • F&B Associate -Work Experience: 1-2 years Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any graduate Program
  • Women with a minimum six-month break are eligible for this role. No age criteria
  • Rotational shifts and rotational days off.
