Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Chief Engineer in daily operations, preventive maintenance, and assume responsibility in their absence.
  • Implement and monitor PPM programs, manage Capex project execution, and coordinate with vendors for BOQs, site visits, and order processing
  • Drive cost control measures for FPL & R&M, support budgeting activities, and lead energy and water efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Fire & Life Safety guidelines, statutory regulations, and proper maintenance/testing of safety equipment
  • Conduct incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to safety and SOP standards.
  • Prepare audit reports, logbook checks, month end data, and ESG documentation
  • Train engineering team members and coordinate with departments like Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for operational issues
Role Proficiencies:
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years
  • Qualification: BE / B Tech / Diploma- (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Marine)
  • Women with a minimum six-month break are eligible for this role. No age criteria
  • F&B and Housekeeping roles have rotational shifts and rotational days off.
