Key Responsibilities:

Support the Chief Engineer in daily operations, preventive maintenance, and assume responsibility in their absence.
Implement and monitor PPM programs, manage Capex project execution, and coordinate with vendors for BOQs, site visits, and order processing
Drive cost control measures for FPL & R&M, support budgeting activities, and lead energy and water efficiency initiatives
Ensure compliance with Fire & Life Safety guidelines, statutory regulations, and proper maintenance/testing of safety equipment
Conduct incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to safety and SOP standards.
Prepare audit reports, logbook checks, month end data, and ESG documentation
Train engineering team members and coordinate with departments like Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for operational issues

Role Proficiencies:

Work Experience: 2-4 years
Qualification: BE / B Tech / Diploma- (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Marine)
Women with a minimum six-month break are eligible for this role. No age criteria
F&B and Housekeeping roles have rotational shifts and rotational days off.
