Key Responsibilities:

Acquire Savings Account (SA) and Current Account (CA) customers through field sourcing and open market activities
Location: Coimbatore ,Ernakulam, Calicut, Thrissur
Source new business through cold calling, referrals, and local market connections
Cross-sell banking products such as: Debit Cards Insurance Fixed Deposits Digital Banking solutions
Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
Maintain high activation ratio and ensure account funding
Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with bank policies
Build relationships with merchants, SMEs, and salary segment customers
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Role Proficiencies:

Age -28 for Saving account , Age 30 for Current account can apply
Graduate (Any discipline) 1â€“5 years of experience in: CASA Sales Banking Sales Field Sales Financial Services
Target-oriented and field-ready candidate
