Uthaan - Second Career Program By Mahindra Finance

This program was organised to empower those women who wish to take charge of their second career with Mahindra Finance. It was attended both offline in person at Mahindra Towers as well as online through zoom meeting on 25th April 2023.

The event discussed on diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the unique benefits that Mahindra Finance is prioviding to women in their company.

At this event, attendees not only got the opportunity of getting a job at Mahindra Finance, they also gained valuable insights about the industry, networked with like-minded individuals, and had the opportunity to learn about open job positions that Mahindra Finance offered to the attendees.
