L2 Voice process - Should be able to communicate English & Hindi and for L1 Chat process - Only English

Typing Speed and Accuracy: Fast and accurate typing skills to respond to customer queries efficiently.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity.
Written Communication: Clear, concise, and grammatically correct written communication.
Technical Skills: Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and tools.

Role Proficiencies:

6 days working, 24 /7 rotational shift
Candidates should have own laptop with High-end Processor.
Candidates are required to have a good Wi-Fi connection with a minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps to support the demands of the role.
