Act as a dedicated single point of contact / trusted advisor for 80-100 Affluent / HNWI client relationships
Provide financial solutions to the Burgundy or NRI customers while maintaining high service standards
Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank
Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
Work closely with the Branch Heads, Cluster Heads and Circle Business Managers to design action plans and drive CO agendas, initiatives and organizational goals
Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank
Provide premium customer service delivery to their mapped NRI portfolio
Manage the NRI portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship
Role Proficiencies:
Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized institution
Proficiency in systems related to Banking transactions and services
Good communication skills in both English and local language
Strong willingness to work in Relationship Management; Banking operations
Knowledge of banking sector, Banking products and process knowledge, and Regulatory knowledge
