Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into polished video content that meets the organization's standards.
Select appropriate music, sound effects, and visual elements to enhance video content.
Ensure that all video content is delivered on time and within budget.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and techniques.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all video content is aligned with the organization's goals and messaging.
Ensure that all video content is optimized for various platforms, including social media and the organization's website
Provide guidance and support to other members of the creative team, including videographers and graphic designers.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
Proficiency in motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio of previous work demonstrating strong video editing skills.
