Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily social media posts, stories, reels, and updates across multiple brands.
Plan and schedule content calendars for campaigns, events, and promotions.
Coordinate with design/content teams and ensure timely execution of creatives and captions.
Organize event photos, Canva links, folders, and digital assets.
Run, monitor, and report on paid ad campaigns.
Execute emailers, newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns, and follow-up communication.
Handle comments, DMs, Interakt queries, and customer responses professionally.
Update website content and maintain all digital tracking sheets.
Track social media growth, ad results, email performance, and campaign insights.

Role Proficiencies:

Strong coordination, multitasking and deadline management skills.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and Interakt.
Good command over Canva, Adobe Photoshop, basic video editing tools.
Ability to write basic captions, mailer copy and WhatsApp messages.
Must be organized, proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple brands independently.
