Key Responsibilities:

The Unit Manager - Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) plays a critical role in leading and managing a team of Virtual Relationship Managers.
The VRMs are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through virtual channels.
The Unit Manager oversees the VRMs' performance, provides guidance, and ensures the achievement of business targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance the skills and capabilities of VRMs.
Develop and implement strategies to boost team morale, motivation, and productivity.

Role Proficiencies:

Previous experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in phone banking or virtual relationship management.
