Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance the skills and capabilities of VRMs.
Develop and implement strategies to boost team morale, motivation, and productivity.
Role Proficiencies:
Previous experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in phone banking or virtual relationship management.
