The Unit Manager - Virtual Acquisition Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Virtual Acquisition Managers (VAMs) focused on acquiring new customers for the organization.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Virtual Acquisition Managers to achieve customer acquisition targets and goals.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new customers through virtual channels, aligning with the organization's goals and targets.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and refine acquisition strategies.

Role Proficiencies:

Previous experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry, particularly in customer acquisition.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of banking products, financial services, and sales strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
