Key Responsibilities:

Support monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and accruals.
Perform research and analysis, trend analysis and other general ledger duties.
Assist with annual audit preparations by preparing analysis schedules, compiling invoices and other requests.
Analyse financial information and prepare financial reports in excel.
Document and maintain business processes and accounting policies to ensure the Companyâ€™s is in compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Prepare ad hoc requests as needed.
Working with account managers on various issues that arise.
Collaborative team working with onshore & offshore colleagues.

Role Proficiencies:

Education requirement: B.Com/M.Com /MBA with 3-7 years of experience.
Strong communication skills including both verbal and written communication.
Insurance experience in MNC (AR/AP) preferred.
Solution oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Possesses a high level of attention to detail, is self-driven and can work autonomously
Flexibility of working additional hours as needed based on business needs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
