You will be responsible for developing all forms of customer facing and internal service documentation for printing equipment. This documentation includes user guides, maintenance guides, service guides, and a variety of other technical publications.
Role Proficiencies:
Minimum 5-7years experience as a technical writer developing software and/or hardware documentation.
Plan, organize, develop, and maintain customer-facing documentation.
Verify content accuracy through hands-on testing.
Take an active role in the definition and evolution of departmental practices and procedures.
