Technical Trainer : Coding / Medical Documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Develop documentation and SOP training materials.
Deliver targeted training sessions (group and 1:1) on coding and documentation.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and scores.
Provide ongoing coaching and reinforce quality standards.
Update curricula based on regulatory and payer guidelines.
Track completion and maintain training records.

Role Proficiencies:

Technical Skills: Expertise in medical coding (CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS). Strong training content creation and delivery abilities. Familiarity with quality audits and feedback mechanisms.
Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, articulation & communication. Analytical mindset to evaluate trainee performance. Adaptability to deliver across different formats.
