Key Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Source Relationship Management.
Responsible to conduct Joint Calls daily with team which includes Source visits and Sales calls.
Product Knowledge â€“ own and competition
Ability to handle objection raised by customers and sources
Ability to use various tools to address customer and source queries

Role Proficiencies:

Must be a graduate from any stream
Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience into a Housing Finance company. Irrelevant candidates will not be entertained.
