Key Responsibilities:

Understanding studentsâ€™ career needs through direct and indirect interactions
Finding opportunities that match those needs on social media platforms and through personal connects
Connecting with corporates in the IT/ITeS as applicable and managing relationships with them
Understanding studentsâ€™ career needs through direct and indirect interactions
Preparing students to apply for selected job opportunities
Arranging for placement events including logistics and other arrangements to facilitate interviews and selection of candidates
Collating data for interviews and selections and updating relevant dashboards
Provide post â€“ placement support to students w.r.t. joining and retention as per need

Role Proficiencies:

Preferred work experience in sourcing job opportunities in the IT and other sectors
Preferred work experience in student engagement (including internships and volunteer work)
Demonstrated excellence in college, internships and extra-curricular work
Top tier graduate and/or postgraduate degree (preferred)
Ability to work in a diverse team and under pressure
Experience in event management (preferred)
