Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mainframe applications (COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, REXX).
Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Debug and resolve production defects.
Adhere to company policies and flexible work assignments.

Role Proficiencies:

Technical Skills: Programming in COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, REXX
Mainframe systems understanding (z/OS, DB2).
Debugging and troubleshooting in production environments.
Familiarity with Agile processes.
Bonus: Java/Python and healthcare domain knowledge.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team collaboration in Agile teams.
Adaptability to changing environments and policies.
