Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns
Optimize campaigns for ROI
Set and monitor KPIs
Test and scale campaigns
Manage budgets
Create compelling ad content
Optimize content for different platforms
Work with cross-functional teams

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Expertise in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms.
Creative skills in content creation and design (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
