Key Responsibilities:

Designs, codes, tests, debugs, Code Review and documents moderately complex software
Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in the software
Actively contribute towards applying best practices
Solid knowledge and experience of working in C/C++ programming language
Solid working knowledge of object oriented principles: Encapsulation, Classes, Inheritance, Code Reuse, Polymorphism, Decoupling
Responsible for technical design of a subsystem
Knows how to apply architecture and design patterns
Drives Interface based implementation
Ability to debug crashes, memory leaks with minimal support from others
Ability to use right tools (Code coverage, profling etc.)
First cut analysis of techincal issues (Field, implementation) and guide rest of the team
