We are looking for Senior Recruiters for our team who can work from home.

Minimum 2+ years of exp relavant

Roles and Responsibilities:

To understand different companies businesses and its manpower requirements.

Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates.

To Source and screen the candidates to build a pool of interested candidates through Job Portals, data Bank, Head Hunting, References, Job postings etcin given time frame.

To coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews  follow up for their feedback from clients

To coordinate with candidates for offer  Follow up with themtill they are on boarded.

To coordinate with clients over phone and email for feedback and open positions

To coordinate with clients for fulfillment of the manpower requirements.

 Should be able to work on CRM.
 Should be able to lead a team of recruiters.

 Design  implement overall recruiting strategy

 Provide end to end Non-IT / IT recruitment services.

 Source and screen candidates for various positions.

 Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with clients.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation skills.

 Must be comfortable with cold-calling and engaging people face to face.
