5+ years in analytics/ML; 1â€“3 years leading people/pods
Proven delivery of AI features (chat, doc intel, scoring) or high impact analytics products.
Comfortable with MLOps lite (CI/CD, logging, observability).
Python is mandatory.
AI background valued, not required; lending/KYC helpful.
Strong stakeholder management and crisp communication.
