Role Proficiencies:

Minimum Qualification required Bachelor of Engineering /MCA/ MBA (IT)
Tech Stack: J2EE/Salesforce/ Mulesoft
Capability to get hands dirty and do extensive design, architecting and coding in at least 1 technology
Highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills
Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies
Agile and design thinking capability â€“ Experimentation is 1 of top 3 requirement of job
Learn new concepts and trends in technology and BFSI world through seminars, webinars, conferences, and external collaboration
Understand the new technologies and implement them to solve business problems
