Key Responsibilities:

Drive Digital Product Strategy: Lead the definition and execution of the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, analytics, and business units to deliver high-impact digital experiences.
Advocate for the Customer: Represent the voice of the customer by using data-driven insights and user research to guide product decisions.
Agile Product Leadership: Operate within Agile teams to prioritize backlogs, define epics and user stories, and ensure successful sprint execution.
Performance Measurement: Use KPIs and analytics to track product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
Innovation & Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
Team Guidance: Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the development of best practices within the product management function.
