Key Responsibilities:

To Lead interior Designers and MEP design team (Internal â€“ External)
Restaurant â€“ Brandâ€™s outlet. Coordinate, Review, Interpret, Guide and
Standard Design Direction or Innovations set for outlets
Teams to ensure implementation of Facility Planning, Generation and
Production of all drawings on timely manner.
Interactions with Heads of other support functions will be frequent.
Carry out initial technical project feasibility study to check on minimum

Role Proficiencies:

8 To 12 + years in Sr. Design Architect in field with focus on Restaurant or F&B outlets
Experience with F&B / hotel/ Retail brands (desirable)
ï‚· F& B Facility planning experience (desirable)
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English and the ability
Can draw, Read, interpret Architectural plans / Layout, MEP Plans / Layouts / HVAC plans / Layout, Equipment Data â€“ Specifications etc
Develop Project Cost Estimates, Track and analyse and interpret the variance
Can prepare Site management and milestone charts / schedules / Drawing tracking Reports
