Key Responsibilities:
  • This role is responsible for delivering HR technology solutions aligned with business requirements. Collaborating closely with the HRIS team and external partners, the position ensures seamless operation of HRIS applications, including system design, maintenance, development, administration, and end-user support.
  • The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for designing and building reports, metrics, and dashboards using tools such as SuccessFactors, Power BI, and Excel. They will deliver data-driven insights and manage projects from requirements gathering through to delivery, while also supporting data migration and integration initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently. They should be adaptable, able to perform under pressure, and committed to meeting evolving business needs.
