Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP SD implementation and rollout projects, including end-to-end process design from sales order to billing, preferably in S/4 HANA.
Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions.
Configure the SAP SD system, create functional specifications, and implement solutions based on business requirements.
Configure SAP SD processes such as sales, pricing, credit management, shipping, and billing.
Configure BRF+ output determination, logistic configurations like deliveries, goods issue.
Support master data governance and management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for products and customers, business partners.
Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Create functional specifications, project documentation, test scripts, configuration documents and manage user training.
Assist with cutover, hypercare, and post-implementation support.
Configure workflows and approvals for change management processes and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user inquiries
Hands-on experience in SAP SD for configuration and process knowledge.
Familiarity with tools like LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), and LTMC/LTMOM for data migration.
Able to handle external consultants and coordinate with stakeholders for requirements and solutions.

Role Proficiencies:

Expertise in SAP SD functional areas.
Experience with integrating SD with other SAP modules like Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM), Finance (FICO).
Experience in specific industries like process manufacturing can be a plus.
Knowledge of S4 HANA cloud, Fiori apps, SAP best practices and integration concepts with SAP and non-SAP applications.
Proven experience with at least two end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects is often a requirement. S/4 HANA SD implementation is preferrable.
Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and business users.
